Gnocchi Angeli e Demoni
Stracciatella, a touch of spicy tomato, crispy pork cheek and aromatic herbs.
€22Florence · Since 2013
Authentic Tuscan cooking, carefully selected ingredients and a warm welcome—served between Santa Croce and Ponte alle Grazie.
The restaurant behind the wine window
La Buchetta began in 2013 inside historic Palazzo Bardi, between Santa Croce and Ponte alle Grazie.
The name honours Florence’s centuries-old buchette del vino—small wine windows that speak to the city’s history of wine and hospitality. The real heart, though, has always been what happens inside: handmade pasta, selected meats, truffles, pecorino, extra-virgin olive oil and people gathering around the table.
